A woman in the legal profession can be defined as a lawyer who deals with issues related to law and the administration of justice. A woman lawyer has to have certain qualities which make her eligible for being a woman lawyer. One is that she should be strong intellectually as well as emotionally in order to confront cases of all types ranging from personal injury to corporate graft. Apart from this, she should also be committed to providing sound legal advice to her client. Still, it is a well-known fact that within law firms, women’s representation diminishes the higher you go in the hierarchy.
